In the current era, artificial intelligence is advancing rapidly, with the quality of intelligent translation and interpretation continuously improving, and the functions of literature search and organization increasingly enhanced, bringing transformative impacts to all disciplines, professional development, and academic research. At the same time, the existence of global cultural diversity and the urgent need for cultural exchange, mutual learning, and coexistence demand a supply of global knowledge. Young scholars in the field of languages and literature bear a significant historical mission in this once-in-a-century transformation.

In order to have an in-depth study of the above issues, Shanghai University and Shanghai International Studies Association will jointly host a Young Scholars Forum on “Artificial Intelligence Empowers Foreign Language Teaching and Research：Goals and Explorations”. The details are:

No conference fees will be charged for this forum. The organizer will cover expenses such as meals, material printing, and venue rental. Travel and accommodation for keynote speakers attending the forum on site will be arranged by the organizing committee. Other participants attending on site are responsible for their own travel, with accommodation expenses covered by the organizer. If needed, please contact the organizing committee for assistance in booking accommodations.
